This 10min exercise downloads all that needs to be done for the week on a Sunday which means you go to bed without needing to go over everything in your brain = restful sleep and also means you wake up on Monday morning ready to go with direction for the week. It also features meal planning, non negotiables and the extra to do’s like bills to pay, calls to make, things you want to personally achieve and even plan for some acts of kindness. So taking the time to plan your week on a Sunday will make you productive and have you on track first thing Monday morning!
