All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia during business hours Monday - Friday. No orders are processed on weekends or on public holidays.
DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19
There is currently a delay in delivering parcels caused by COVID-19. As our postal partners navigate the influx of online ordering, the increase of cancelled flights and the new government restrictions / border closures.
For international parcels sent between 25th March and 30th April, additional delivery delays have occurred. Our service providers are working hard to process all items on hand and deliver them as soon as possible.
Postal providers will no longer be performing signature on delivery due to government restrictions.
Orders are still being despatched from our warehouse as per below.

TRACKING PARCELS DURING THIS TIME
You will be sent a tracking link once your order is processed. The tracking on your parcel might not update frequently, however please be assured your parcel is moving through the postal network. Unfortunately we are not able to provide any further information on your tracking outside of this link, and we are also not able to raise investigations with the service provider on undelivered parcels until a minimum of 10 business days after the estimated delivery date.
We are being guided by our postal partners and will update this information as we receive it.
STANDARD SHIPPING $9.95 - Usual despatch time is 1-5 business days after an order is received, however can extend to 1-8 business days during sale / promotion / busy periods (December & January included).
EXPRESS SHIPPING $14.95 - Usual despatch time is 1-2 business days after an order is received, however can extend to 1-5 business days during sale / promotion / busy periods (December & January included).
Orders over $150 ship FREE within Australia.
All parcels are shipped Australia Post (unless otherwise advised). A tracking number is emailed through once an order is processed so you can track your parcel once it has been scanned into the shipping system.
In order to keep your order as safe possible, all parcels are sent with a signature required on delivery.
If a safe drop / authority to leave is required, the customer can change this delivery method once a tracking number is processed through the courier services website only. This is done at the customers risk and Write To Me will not offer a refund / replacement order for parcels that show as delivered with safe drop and go missing.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY $15 (RECOMMENDED) - a signature will be required on delivery. This option cannot be changed once shipped.
NO SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY $10 - delivery will not require a signature and will be left on the front porch / letterbox etc if no one is available to accept the parcel. This option is selected at the customers risk and Write To Me will not offer a refund / replacement order for parcels that show as delivered with safe drop and go missing. This option cannot be changed once shipped.
Our shipping provider partners with each countries local postal service and tracking can be followed through with the local post website using the tracking number provided.

Transit times differ for each country, and once we have ship an item, the transit time is completely out of our control. We are happy, however to assist with parcels that are not delivered within a reasonable amount of time (after the estimated arrival date).
Any additional customs, duty or tax charges are payable by the customer on or after delivery. These costs are NOT included in the cost of the product or shipping on our website. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out the extra charges through their local customs office prior to purchasing. These extra costs will not be refunded by Write To Me. If you choose to refuse your delivery due to customs charges, a refund will not be processed until the parcel is returned and received by Write To Me. The true cost of shipping (usually more than the $10 charged) will be deducted from the total order cost, and the rest will be refunded.
ORDER DETAILS & DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure all personal and delivery details are correct prior to submitting your order. Orders begin the process of being fulfilled as soon as they are received and so we are not able to make changes once completed. This includes name, email, address, products purchased, cancellation, shipping, discount codes etc. We are not liable for orders sent to the wrong address.
When placing an order for a preorder product, all other products on the same order number will be shipped when the pre-order is shipped. If you require an earlier delivery on non-preorder products a separate order must be placed. We do not offer split delivery.
COMBINE POSTAGEOnce an order has been placed, we are not able to combine with other orders or refund postage costs.
