We accept Credit Card, Paypal, ApplePay & AfterPay. 

Credit cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard and Amex.



All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia during business hours Monday - Friday. No orders are processed on weekends or on public holidays.


STANDARD SHIPPING $9.95 - Usual despatch time is 1-5 business days after an order is received, however can extend to 1-8 business days during sale / promotions. 

EXPRESS SHIPPING $14.95 - Despatch time is 1-2 business days after an order is received. 

Orders over $150 ship FREE within Australia.

All parcels are shipped Australia Post or with a courier service. A tracking number is emailed through once an order is processed so you can track your parcel once it has been scanned into the shipping system.

In order to keep your order as safe possible, all parcels are sent with a signature required on delivery (as at 3 Oct 2018).

If a safe drop / authority to leave is required, the customer can change this delivery method once a tracking number is processed through the courier services website only. This is done at the customers risk and Write To Me will not offer a refund / replacement order for parcels that show as delivered with safe drop and go missing.



We ship international for a standard rate of $10 with tracking for all journal orders. For Baby & Mama Keepsake Box orders, we ship international for a standard rate of $25. Our shipping provider partners with each countries local postal service and tracking can be followed through with the local postal website and tracking number provided. 

Usual despatch time is 1-5 business days after an order is received however can extend to 1-8 business days during sale / promotions. 

Transit times differ for each country, and once we have ship an item, the transit time is completely out of our control. We are happy, however to assist with parcels that are not delivered within a reasonable amount of time.

(Any additional customs or tax charges are payable by the customer on arrival). 

Please ensure the delivery address you supply is correct. We are not liable for orders sent to the wrong address. If you accidentally order to the wrong address please contact us immediately.

** PREORDER DELIVERIES ** When placing an order for a preorder product, all other products on the same order number will be shipped when the pre-order is shipped. If you require an earlier delivery on non-preorder products a separate order must be placed. We do not offer split delivery.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.



If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days and we can review a return and refund option.

All returned items must be shipped in the same or similar packaging to ensure we receive it in the condition it was originally sent.

Shipping costs on return items are at the cost of the buyer.

A refund will be processed upon receiving the return item, less the cost of the shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your purchase arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours.
