Who Is 300 Seconds For?

For the overwhelmed. The over-thinker. The busy parent. The student. The small business owner juggling everything. The person who has tried every planner and still feels behind. Ever felt like you were failing at planning? You weren't. You just had not found the right system yet.

01

You’re overwhelmed, not lazy.

300 Seconds gives you a way to empty your head, choose what matters, and start.

02

You’ve tried planners before.

This one is different. One clean page. Five minutes. No guilt.

03

You need to end the day, not just start it.

The Download gets it out of your head so you can actually rest.

One page. Five minutes. Here's how it works.

That's it. Five minutes in. Five minutes out. Everything in between is yours.

From The Founders

You are not bad at planning. You just haven’t found the right system yet.

I created 300 Seconds to Calm during my own mental health journey. Working with a psychologist to figure out what planning could look like for a brain like mine. We trialled and we erred. I took what I learned and built this.

I have gone from struggling to a lot more winning. And I wanted to share it.

The mental load of life has everyone overwhelmed right now. And a half used planner on your desk doesn’t help. This is different.

Five minutes. One page. Your day, owned.

We started My Organised Chaos juggling young families and a business, and life felt like a lot. Putting pen to paper helped us get things out of our heads, ease the stress and calm the chaos.

Twelve years on, we’re proud to help so many people find that same calm every year.

FAQs
Do I have to use it every day? +
No. Because the pages are undated, there's no pressure and no guilt. Pick it up when you need it. Put it down when life gets in the way. It'll be here when you're ready.
Is this only for people with ADHD? +
Not at all. This was designed for anyone whose brain feels overwhelmed, and that's many of us right now. The mental load of life has everyone carrying too much. If you struggle to get started, stay on track, or switch off at the end of the day, this is for you.
How long does one notebook last? +
Each Your Daily Reset notebook has 36 daily pages, roughly one month of daily use. The bundle includes three notebooks, giving you a full quarter of resets.
What's included in this bundle? +
One linen cover in your chosen colour, and three Your Daily Reset notebooks. That's everything you need to start.
Can I buy the notebooks separately? +
Yes. Notebooks are available individually and as sets. The linen cover is sold separately too, so you can start with what you need and build from there.
What is The Download? +
It's the end-of-day section on every daily page. Set your 300 seconds, carry over what didn't get done. No guilt, it just moves to tomorrow and write down one win. Because there is always one. It closes the day and gets everything out of your head so you can actually rest.
What makes the paper special? +
120GSM premium paper stock. Heavier and smoother than standard notebook paper. It feels good to write on, handles most pens without bleed-through, and lies flat so you're never fighting the page.
How is this different from a regular planner? +
It's not a planner, it's a system. No hourly time grids, no dated pages, no guilt when life gets in the way. Just five minutes to go from chaos to calm, one page at a time.
Can I pair it with the dated weekly plan notebooks? +
Yes. Each cover has two elastics to hold two notebooks. If you want to keep Weekly Plans that maps out your week on a dated spread, then you can use the Daily reset to get through each days tasks.
