With the cyclone approaching Queensland, we just wanted to take a moment to say - we’re thinking of you. Our darling customer service manager lives in Queensland, and as she prepares her family to bunker down, we know so many others are doing the same. With destruction in its path, it’s a worrying time, and our hearts are with everyone in its wake.
In uncertain moments, comfort often comes in the smallest ways - like a warm, home-baked cookie. So today, we’re sharing something special straight from our Recipes Passed Down journal: our mum’s choc chip cookie recipe. This recipe isn’t just nostalgic for us - it’s a staple at our family gatherings, pulled out time and time again because nothing beats the simple joy of a perfect choc chip cookie.
If you’re stuck indoors, we hope baking a batch brings a little warmth to your home and a moment of sweetness to your day.
